Conference Rules
The conference will take place during the week 9-13 November 2020. From about 26 October participants who have been accepted for the conference may start scheduling meetings. Meetings will take place during the conference week. Spaces at the conference are limited and we regret not all applications to participate can be accepted.
The conference is an opportunity to highlight and afford visibility to female managers. The goal of the conference is to connect female fund managers with institutional investors (men and women) and enable initial conversations. We ask all investors to participate in at least three meetings (30 minutes each) and all attendees to make their meeting selections in the spirit of the event to ensure a successful conference experience for all.
Please note the conference guidelines:
- The conference is only open to qualifying managers and investors.
- Only one pre-confirmed fund manager plus one investor relations/marketing colleague may participate in the meetings.
- Fund managers should identify as female and have decision-making control over investable portfolios. Generally speaking, analysts, IR professionals, COOs, etc. are not considered to be fund managers for purposes of this conference.
- Investors and consultants do not need to identify as female. Male investors and consultants are encouraged to participate in the conference.
- Meetings are introductory and it is for the participants to share any contact details during the meetings as they wish.
- Meetings should begin and end on time.
- Participants must participate in every meeting that is scheduled.
- Acceptance into the conference does not guarantee meetings.
- 100WF reserves the right to decline registrations without explanation.
- Any information held by 100WF will be subject to 100WF’s Privacy Statement.
Our sponsors, supporters and committee of volunteers have generously enabled the conference without charge for participating managers, investors and consultants.
